He also shared that to improve ShopBack's services to its wide array to customers, they look at their gathered data so they can retarget deals and specific campaigns.
With the upcoming launch of their latest ventures and planned improvements, ShopBack is confident that the company’s success will only continue to grow in the coming years.
In 2022, ShopBack gained P1 billion in GMV per month and users across the platform withdrew P10 million monthly in cashback. The brand also partnered with over 600 merchants in the country to cater to 5.5 million ShopBack users in the Philippines.
