ASUS Republic of Gamers has announced their new upgraded versions of their Flow lineup.
The 2023 Flow X13 is among one of the very first to feature their recently announced ROG Nebula display as well as a redesigned chassis with a wave pattern exterior.
A hint to the "gravity wave" inspiration of the Flow series, the wave pattern design now gets progressively thicker and provides texture for added grip.
This device features a 13-inch, QHD 165 Hz, 16:10 aspect-ratio panel with a Corning Gorilla Glass DXC coating adding 40% surface hardness for extra protection.
It's also being powered by an AMD Ryzen 9 processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 GPU.
Despite its upgraded hardware, compared to its 2022 model, the Flow X13 2023 has gotten 10mm smaller and manages to get a 56% larger touch pad and retain its 15-inch keyboard size.
Its battery also got an increase to 75Wh and supports charging up to 130W via its USB-C adapter.
One of the most powerful gaming tablets available, the ROG Flow Z13 also levels up with its very own 13-inch ROG Nebula display.
Similar to the new Flow X13, this also boasts a QHD 165 Hz, 16:10 panel with Gorilla Glass DXC and 100% DCI-P3 color space.
The Flow Z13 is powered by up to a Intel Core i9 13900H processor with Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 GPU and features a Thermal Grizzly liquid metal thermal compound on both the CPU and GPU.
Measuring only 12mm thick and 1.1 kg in weight, the Z13 features a 170-degree kickstand allowing it to transform into a full-blown battle station when paired with an ROG XG Mobile external GPU.
