TikTok partners with Smart Communications as they launch and invite gamers to audition to the reality-show based gaming tournament, The Greatest Gamer Philippines.
Housing 10 selected players in a villa for three weeks, the program will give contestants the opportunity to compete in various real-world gaming challenges, showcasing what it takes to be a professional gamer.The winner will take home a cash prize worth PhP 250,000 and a contract with Smart Omega that gives them a chance to suit up and be part of their MLBB roster.

TikTok had successfully piloted The Greatest Gamer in Indonesia back in 2021. And with mobile gaming's rapid growth in the Philippines, TikTok along with partners Smart, Smart Omega, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), as well as support from Grab and Samsung, team up to search for The Greatest Gamer in the country.

- Create audition video content introducing yourself, showcasing your MLBB skills, and use the official audition filter and hashtag #TheGreatestGamerPH
- Tag the official @thegreatestgamer and @smartcommunications TikTok accounts.
Gamers can submit their audition videos from May 24 to June 14, 2023, on TikTok.
Connecting Esports with Entertainment
Numerous activities are lined up during the campaign as the selected contestants will take part in fun livestreams of mini games, weekly tournament gameplays and other online and offline challenges in the course of learning what it takes to be a professional gamer.
Using TikTok, the platform provides a window into the gaming lifestyle of the contestants so fans can see first hand what participants will showcase to achieve their dream. Showing interactions with Creators, weekly interviews, content on their backstories, and various program highlights.
