ASUS flaunts innovations, gaming and sustainability achievements at Computex 2023

ASUS showcased a plethora of products to experience with exclusive hands-on testing at Computex 2023.

A PC show where the biggest companies in the laptop and PC space gathered in Taipei to exhibit products they're releasing throughout the year.

From consumer and business devices to gaming innovations, ASUS had everything covered including the complete lineup of thin-and-light laptops.

The latest Zenbook and Vivobook series laptops

Among the exhibited is ASUS’ latest innovation in laptop displays, the ASUS Lumina OLED technology. This is the brand’s version of an improved OLED display which features superior visual quality than the standard. This is now available in all ASUS 2023 OLED models.

Also on display is the 2023, Zenbook S 13 OLED (UX5304) — the world’s slimmest OLED laptop which weighs only 1 kg with a thickness of 1 cm.

The Zenbook S 13 features a Plasma Ceramic Aluminum lid and has a 16:10 2.8K OLED NanoEdge display with a 63 Wh battery.

ASUS also showcased the trendy, thin, and light OLED laptops including the Vivobook S 15 OLED (K5504).

These models feature lightweight designs and are powered by Intel Core i9-13900H processors with a 2.8K 120 Hz OLED HDR NanoEdge display and Harman Kardon-certified audio system.

ASUS also shared that all new and future ASUS consumer laptop are certified under MIL-STD 810H US military-grade testing.

The Vivobook S 15 OLED will also come in an upcoming exclusive BAPE® Edition (A Bathing Ape) which will release later in 2023. The bundle combines the Vivobook vibrant style with the BAPE iconic aesthetic in camo designs and accompanying accessories.


Creator solutions
ASUS also showcased their Creator Solutions lineup including the ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED - the first 3D creator mobile workstation, the improved ASUS Control Panel, the their most powerful Zenbook, the Zenbook Pro 16X OLED.

Gaming solutions
ROG also flexed their latest gaming contenders including one of the most exciting releases from the brand this year, the gaming handheld ROG Ally. This device is powered by an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor, sporting up to an Nvidia RTX 4090 GPU. It also has a 120Hz FHD display, 16GB RAM, 512GB PCI-e storage with a UHS-II microSD expansion port.

ROG also displayed their gaming powerhouse line up, the ROG Strix SCAR 18 and Flow Z13.


Making sustainability a priority
ASUS also highlighted their sustainability achievements emphasizing innovative methods to decrease environmental footprint. ASUS claims that by 2035, the company aims to have 100% renewable energy across all its global operations.

The brand has also expanded its range of eco-friendly products, including the first commercial carbon footprint and carbon-neutral laptop in the ExpertBook B9 and Zenbook S 13 OLED.
