Introducing the OnePlus Nord 3 5G featuring Dimensity 9000 and IMX890

After a lot of speculations, OnePlus has finally made the OnePlus Nord 3 5G official. And the specs were even better than what people had initially guessed.

Looking at the design, it has a striking resemblance to its sibling, the OnePlus Nord CE3 Lite 5G.

The Nord 3 5G will be offered in this Misty Green color sporting an 8.15mm slim body.

For its display, OnePlus went with a relatively large 6.74-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2772 x 1240px resolution.

This features an under-display fingerprint sensor and ultra-thin bezels with only 1.46mm measured, resulting in an almost bezel-less look with a 93.5% screen-to-body ratio. The display also features OnePlus’ HyperTouch technology which further enhances its touch response.

Flagship specs

Among the stand out features, the OnePlus Nord 3 5G is loaded with the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset flagship chipset. Superior to the initially speculated Dimensity 1300 and 8100 chipsets from leak sources.

The hardware will include OnePlus’ Large VC advanced cooling system for improved thermal performance.

Similar to the camera of the OnePlus 11 5G, the OnePlus Nord 3 features a Sony IMX890 camera sensor on its 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization. Along with this flagship sensor comes an 8MP ultrawide camera and a macro lens.

The Nord 3 5G will also come with the brands' iconic Alert Slider which lets users switch alert modes with through a dedicated switch. There will also be an IR (Infrared) blaster allowing the phone to double as a remote for household devices through the OnePlus Remote App.
