OPPO has just announced the newest addition to its A Series smartphone lineup targeted to deliver value-for-money in terms of performance, display, and camera capabilities - the OPPO A98 5G.
This new all-rounder boasts 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging, a large 5,000mAh battery, and OPPO's Battery Health Engine. It is also equipped with a 120Hz display, RAM Expansion technology, and the latest ColorOS 13.1.

Highlight features
The OPPO A98 5G has a unique set of cameras which would allow budding photographers to fully explore their artistic potential. These include a 64MP AI Camera, 32MP Selfie Camera, 2MP Depth Camera, and 40x Microlens which we previously experienced with the OPPO Reno8 T Series.
This also features flash charging allowing it to last all day without needing to be recharged. It only needs 44 minutes to fully charge.
For those concerned about battery health, the A98 5G features a Battery Health Engine, which helps the battery retain 80% of its original capacity, rated to keep functioning at near-peak levels for up to four years of use.
The A98 5G will come with 8GB RAM, 256GB ROM, and up to 1TB SD card compatibility. This also features RAM Expansion technology that can double RAM by converting up to 8GB of unused ROM storage into temporary RAM.
Price and availability
The new OPPO A98 5G will be available in Dreamy Blue and Cool Black colorways and retails for PhP 18,999.
