The HONOR craze is back again as the brand trends on various social media platforms prior to the launch of their newest smartphone the HONOR X9b 5G.
The brand’s newest smartphone boasts extreme durability, and numerous videos have been going viral as famous influencers and media personalities have been doing drop and smash tests demonstrating the phone's toughness.
Seemingly defying the laws of physics, the videos garner mixed reactions. Some viewers even think that the tests are fake and that this kind of durability is unheard of in any smartphone.
Expected to be the toughest phone in the market, the HONOR X9b 5G also hosts other fine specs under its hood. The phone features a curved 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, a 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, a relatively large 5800mAh battery, and a 108MP main camera.
The HONOR X9b 5G will be available in three colors: Sunrise Orange, Midnight Black, and Emerald Green.

HONOR Philippines also announced that they will conduct a 100-foot drop test of the HONOR X9b 5G during the launch event, to showcase its incredible durability.
