Lenovo unveils Yoga Slim 7x, ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 with Snapdragon X

Lenovo has just launched the new Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x and Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6, its first next-generation Copilot+ PCs powered by Snapdragon X Elite.

Both devices are powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor featuring the 12-core Qualcomm Oryon CPU, Qualcomm Adreno GPU and a dedicated Qualcomm Hexagon NPU. 

These new AI-ready laptops are said to enhance personalization, productivity, creativity, and security with intelligent software-powered local processing.

With the latest enhancements from Microsoft and Copilot+, users can now access Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities even when offline.

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x

The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x packs a 14.5", 16:10 3K 90Hz PureSight OLED touch display with a 100% sRGB, P3 Color Gamut and 1000 nits peak brightness. It weighs 2.82 lbs and measures 12.9mm thin. This also comes with a 70Wh battery, a four-speaker sound setup, FHD MIPI IR Webcam and four Voice ID microphones.

ThinkPad T14s Gen 6

The ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 is Lenovo's first commercial Copilot+ PC, featuring the advanced Snapdragon X Elite processor with an Adreno GPU and on-device AI engine. This has a 2.8K low power OLED display panel and can be configured up to 64GB LPDDR5x memory.

Like the Yoga Slim 7x, this also comes with a FHD+ IR webcam plus this already runs on Wi-Fi 7. Powering the device is a 58Wh battery and is housed in a 14" ultrathin form factor.

Availability and Pricing

Both devices will be available starting June 2024 in the US with an expected starting price

of $1,199 USD (PhP 70,000) for the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x and $1,699 USD (PhP 99,000) for the ThinkPad T14 Gen6.
