M Lhuillier Celebrates Heritage with the Tagkawayanin at Kaway Festival

Celebrating and honoring the rich traditions, history, and culture of the Tagkawayanin people, the Kaway Festival is an annual event typically celebrated on February 1 in Tagkawayan, Quezon.

With dazzling displays of cultural street dances, also known as the Sayawayan Festival, participants engage in a rhythmic display of dance, music, and ritualistic movements. Immersing spectators in Tagkawayanin heritage, the performances pay homage to the iconic hand signal traditions and vibrant costumes of the Tagkawayanin community.

This year, decorated with eye-catching banners and tarpaulins, M Lhuillier proudly joined the Kaway Festival.

True to the company's custom of bridging Filipino families with their principle, "Ang Tulay ng PaMLyang Pilipino," M Lhuillier exhibited their bond with the local community.

Showcasing the brand's diverse range of services, the M Lhuillier team braved the heat of the sun together with the people of Tagkawayan in an energy-filled celebration.

To the Tagkawayanin, the festival is not only a celebration of culture and tradition but also a testament to the resilience, unity, and pride of their culture.

For M Lhuillier, being part of this unique and vibrant celebration was a true honor and privilege.

Beyond doubt, as they participate in this event, M Lhuillier has demonstrated its commitment to supporting local communities and its desire to preserve and promote the rich tapestry of Filipino heritage.
