The WATCH GT 5 Pro offers 24/7 ECG monitoring for real-time heart health, Sleep Breathing Awareness, and an Emotional Wellbeing Assistant that detects rising stress levels and offers calming exercises. It can predict emotional health risks and provide trend analysis to identify patterns in sleep or movement.
