HUAWEI announces Mate X6 arrival with VIP Events and Pre-order Discounts

HUAWEI is set to launch the HUAWEI Mate X6, their most advanced foldable phone featuring breakthrough updates in design, display, camera, durability, and multitasking.

The new Mate device features a slim and light profile, weighing 239g and measuring only 9.85mm when folded. It is crafted with a quad-curve frame and premium vegan leather in Nebula Red and Black.

The displays are dual OLED screens with HUAWEI X-True™ technology, offering vivid visuals, high brightness (up to 2,500 nits), adaptive refresh rates (1-120Hz), and reduced eye strain (1440Hz PWM dimming). It also features KUNLUN Glass for enhanced drop resistance, a carbon fiber inner plate, and efficient cooling with advanced materials.

For cameras, it is equipped with a 50MP Ultra Aperture Camera (adjustable 10-size aperture), a 48MP Telephoto Micro Camera, and a 40MP Ultra-Wide Camera.

The Mate X6 also features advanced multitasking features with Smart Multi-Windows and the Adaptive UI Engine support up to three apps simultaneously for enhanced productivity.

Launch and Availability
The HUAWEI Mate X6 will be available in the Philippines in January 2025.

You can pre-order (Huawei online store) with a PHP 1,000 deposit from Dec 13 to Jan 16 to get PHP 5,000 off, plus, collect early bird vouchers to get PHP 3,000 off from December 22 to February 28 on Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok. Early bird vouchers may be redeemed from January 17 to February 28.

VIP experience events will take place at select HUAWEI stores (Jan 11–12) and showcases (Jan 18–19, Jan 25–26).
