Xiaomi celebrated the arrival of its new Redmi Note 14 Series at the All-Star Playground event held at the SM Mall of Asia Atrium on January 25 and 26. Throughout the weekend, Xiaomi fans and mallgoers had the chance to experience the fast-selling Redmi Note 14 Series firsthand, testing its exceptional durability in the immersive Playground.
Put through its paces at the All-Star Playground, the Redmi Note 14 Series underwent rigorous durability tests, showcasing its water, dust, scratch, and impact resistance.
A variety of special tests demonstrated its toughness, including:
- A water slide challenge, where attendees sent the phone down a slide into water to showcase its IP68 water resistance.
- A scratch test, where everyday items were dropped onto the screen to highlight its Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
- A dust resistance test, where sand and dust were blown onto the device to demonstrate its IP68 dust resistance.
Event participants also enjoyed live musical performances, including sets from the popular rock band Dilaw, singer-songwriter DWTA, and OPM band Sunkissed Lola.

The companion to the Redmi Note 14, the Redmi Watch 5, was also showcased, demonstrating how users can crush their workouts and fitness goals with its advanced tracking features.
Meanwhile, content creation, a key focus for many users, took center stage as the Redmi Note 14 Pro’s AI-powered photography features were put to the test in the Playground.
The weekend kicked off with a high-energy performance by the Atlas Perp Squad, and GMA artist Khalil Ramos who took the spotlight with a special segment, unboxing the Redmi Note 14 Pro. Esports fans were in for a treat as All-Star esports squad Team Liquid faced off against lucky gamers in a Mobile Legends show match.

Mallgoers were also treated with special games during the afternoon, which included an All-Star Trivia Game, All-Star Compatibility Game, and a special All-Star Dance Challenge. While a Redmi Note 14 and two pairs of Redmi Buds 6 Pro were also raffled off to lucky attendees.
